I stayed for 6 days in the beginning of September (2024). Dropping my son at St. Andrews for the first time. Claire and Mark really went above and beyond helping me with various issues that arose over the trip, i.e., coordinating lost luggage return, navigating bus schedules, picking up items my son needed , and the biggest one, dealing with a very sad momma who was leaving her son 5K miles away from home, all the while having a delicious breakfast every morning, pleasant conversations and such a neat and tidy house!
I would consider them friends in Fife and have no doubt if an issue arose for my son, I could call them. It was my pleasure staying with them and would absolutely love to stay with them in the future . (C. McLoughlin, California)
